Shiv kumar Soni is a traditional craftsperson whose artifacts are made of Copper, Brass, Zinc and Iron, are used in various parts of the country. Sculptures of religious importance, sculptures showing historical stories, decorative pieces are famous among these artifacts. Sculptures of Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesh made of Octal Metal are much liked items of this district.

Shiv Kumar Soni learned this skill from his father who was his Guru from the age of 15. The experience of 2 decades is visible in Shiv Kumar exquisite products and the excellent craftsmanship.

Shiv Kumar loves his craft work, he is being assisted by his wife but as parents they do not want their children to enter in this craft.This is the irony of our artisan.
